Plumbing Connection Inc. was founded by Kevin Rehder in his garage in 1976. Not only did he love working with his hands, but he also enjoyed the satisfaction that comes from looking back on a day's work and seeing a job well done. Kevin moved his company to Chagrin Falls in 1982, and in 2000 his employees Jason Lunder and Frank Tilloco became partners in the business. We met with Kevin, Jason, and Frank recently, and listened as they described their company and the services they have to offer;

Plumbing Connection Inc. offers sales, service, and installation of every plumbing, heating, and cooling need that can be found in a home or commercial establishment. Our services range from changing washers in faucets to installing boilers in churches. We service and install hot water tanks, furnaces, air conditioners, and water treatment systems, in addition to providing complete sewer service from the sink to the street. The areas we serve stretch from Cleveland's west side to Akron in the south and north to Lake Erie.

We open, repair, and snake blocked and slow running sewers and drains, and we have a high pressure jetter that enables us to effectively remove blockages. With a state-of-the-art camera system, we can televise the inside of sewer pipes to determine the cause of underground blockages and breaks. Our plumbing services include all types of work inside the home and extend to cleaning and repairing external storm drains, servicing water wells and pumps, and providing water treatment solutions.

We offer service contracts for all types of plumbing, heating, and cooling needs, including contracts for hot water tanks, boilers, furnaces, and air conditioning units. These service contracts can include both parts and labor coverage with absolutely no hidden charges. Our telephone is answered by one of us personally twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. If we should happen to miss your call, we will call you back fairly quickly to assist you with your needs.

We purchased a nice, clean 1948 stake truck that we use as a float in a lot of local parades. Jason dons a crown and long-flowing cape and serves as the Toilet King, while the float features a golden toilet that squirts a little bit of water. The Toilet King reigns with a gold painted plunger adorned with rubies, and we throw candy to the spectators. In every parade, we receive laughs and cheers as our customers shout, "There's my plumber!"
